Recruitment Procedures:
- Database Searches are performed via our internal Database System - Candidates are continuously updated and refreshed on a daily basis.
- Suitable candidates are thoroughly interviewed by qualified recruiters.
- Should we find that the candidates suit your specific needs we commit to conducting a minimum of one reference and on request, should it be an inherent job requirement.
- A standardised formatted C.V. will be electronically submitted through to the client.
- Should the client wish to interview the candidates, a confirmation of the date and time of the interview will be electronically submitted through.
